10.5 Inch Brass Annapurna Murti
Maa Annapurna is the goddess of food, the one every kitchen thanks before the first meal is served. This 10.5 inch brass annapurna murti shows her the way old temples do: a ladle in one hand and a bowl in the other, ready to feed the whole world.
How this murti shows her
She sits on a round lotus base with two rows of petals, one knee raised and the other leg folded under her. Her right hand holds the long ladle across her body, and her left hand rests the bowl near her waist. A tall crown, heavy earrings and layers of necklaces frame her calm face. Turn her around and you will see a round halo behind the head and her sari carved with fine lines right down to the back of the base. Every part is cast in brass and then finished by hand with chisel work.
Where to keep her and how to clean
Many families keep an annapurna devi idol in the kitchen mandir or on a clean shelf facing the cooking area. At about 4.2 kg she sits steady and will not tip over when you wipe the shelf. Dust her with a soft dry cloth. Once in a while, clean with a little lemon and water, then dry fully.
Questions buyers ask
Can I keep her in the kitchen? Yes. That is the most common place for this annapurna devi murti, away from direct heat and splashes.
Is she good for a housewarming gift? Yes. A new kitchen is believed to start well with Maa Annapurna in it.
Offer her the first spoon of rice from your kitchen each day, and thank her for every meal your family shares.
What are your murtis made of?
We offer both brass and stone murtis, handcrafted by skilled artisans. The material, exact size and weight of each murti are listed in the product details on this page.
Will the murti look exactly like the photos?
Every murti is handmade, so small differences are natural. Brass murtis can vary slightly in colour and finish, and stone murtis can show natural veins, shade and texture of the stone. The design and size stay the same as shown.
How long will delivery take?

Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship internationally. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and the murti you like, and we will share the shipping cost and delivery time.
Can I get a custom murti made?
Yes. Share the deity, material (brass or stone), size and finish you want on WhatsApp, and we will guide you on the design, price and making time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, send us the video and photos on WhatsApp and we will help you with a replacement or return as per our return policy.
How do I clean and care for my murti?
Brass: wipe gently with a soft, dry cotton cloth. Avoid water, lemon and chemical polish. Brass slowly develops a warm patina over time; this is natural.
Stone: dust with a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth if needed, and let it dry fully. Avoid acidic cleaners, soaps and harsh chemicals. Handle with care and place it on a stable, flat surface, as stone can chip if it falls.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay securely online using UPI, debit or credit cards and net banking.
