24 Inch Brass Saraswati Murti with Veena

Look closely at her two upper hands first. One holds a small book and the other a mala, and you can make out the pages and the beads, finished by hand with fine chisel work. This 24 inch brass Saraswati murti shows Maa Saraswati standing on a lotus, with her veena held across her body in the two lower hands.

The rest of the murti

She wears a tall crown with a round halo behind it, and a saree with neat pleats and the pallu falling over one shoulder. Long necklaces, armbands and bangles cover her, and the veena has a round gourd at the bottom and fine strings along its neck. Turn her around and you will see her long, wavy hair flowing down the back, as carefully done as the front. She stands on a lotus base with two rows of petals, all in warm golden brass.

For study, music and Vasant Panchami

Saraswati is the goddess of learning, music and art, so many families keep her in the pooja room, a study corner or a music room. On Vasant Panchami, students place their books and pens near her and pray for good studies. At about two feet tall, she stands at eye level on a low mandir platform.

If you want your children to grow up with Maa Saraswati near their books, bring this murti home before the next Vasant Panchami.

About Our Products

We offer authentic brass idols, stone idols, and handmade Pattachitra paintings. Each piece is handmade by skilled artisans, so slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or size are natural and make every piece unique. These are handcrafted items, not machine-made products.

Colour & Finish

As these are handmade, the natural colour and finish may vary slightly from the photos depending on light and screen. Over time, brass may develop a natural antique tone — this is normal and does not affect quality.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6 to 10 working days depending on your location.

Safe & Damage-Free Packing

Every product is carefully packed to reach you safely. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it — an uncut, clear unboxing video with the shipping label visible is required for any claim.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link is sent to your email. We ship across India to serviceable pin codes only.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing contact@devsabha.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Can I Trust You Before Buying?

You are welcome to video call us to see the actual product and our showroom live. We can also share our GST certificate. Buy with confidence and trust.

Product Care

Handle these handmade pieces gently. For brass and stone idols, keep them away from moisture and harsh chemicals, and wipe with a soft dry cloth. For Pattachitra paintings, dust can only be removed with a dry cloth — never use water or any liquid.
