48 Inch Black Brass Balaji Idol with Stone Work

Some murtis you notice, and some you cannot take your eyes off. This 48 inch black brass Balaji idol with stone work is the second kind, and here are three things you will like about it.

The black and gold look. His face and arms have a deep black lacquer coating, like the dark Balaji of Tirumala, while the crown, jewellery and clothes are in golden brass. The white namam on his forehead, with a red line in the middle, stands out clearly against the black.

Stones on almost every part. Small red, green, blue and white stones cover the tall crown, the chakra and shankh in his upper hands, the necklaces and the dhoti. Two long garlands of stones hang down on both sides to the base, and the round base itself is lined with stones too.

Handwork you can see. After casting, every piece is finished by hand with chisel work, and the stones are fixed on after that. Look at the shankh up close and you will see how neatly each stone sits in its place.

Devotees pray to Balaji, also known as Venkateswara, for a safe home and a good life. A murti this size suits a temple, a large home mandir or a hall. At 49 kg it should be placed once, on a strong platform, with three or four people lifting it from the base.

Give him a place where the whole family can stand in front of him together.

About Our Products

We offer authentic brass idols, stone idols, and handmade Pattachitra paintings. Each piece is handmade by skilled artisans, so slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or size are natural and make every piece unique. These are handcrafted items, not machine-made products.

Colour & Finish

As these are handmade, the natural colour and finish may vary slightly from the photos depending on light and screen. Over time, brass may develop a natural antique tone — this is normal and does not affect quality.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6 to 10 working days depending on your location.

Safe & Damage-Free Packing

Every product is carefully packed to reach you safely. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it — an uncut, clear unboxing video with the shipping label visible is required for any claim.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link is sent to your email. We ship across India to serviceable pin codes only.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing contact@devsabha.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Can I Trust You Before Buying?

Product Care

Handle these handmade pieces gently. For brass and stone idols, keep them away from moisture and harsh chemicals, and wipe with a soft dry cloth. For Pattachitra paintings, dust can only be removed with a dry cloth — never use water or any liquid.
