8.5 Inch Brass Ganesha Wall Hanging
The wall just above your main door is the place for this one.
On the wall
This 8.5 inch brass ganesha wall hanging is a flat cut-out, not a round plate, so the wall shows around his ears and hands and his shape stands out clearly. Above a door, on a plain wall it looks bigger than it is, and the golden brass shows well against white, cream or a light colour. At about 1.5 kg, use a strong nail or a screw with a wall plug rather than tape. Hang it at a height where you can see his face as you walk in.
Ganesha up close
Ganesha sits with big fan-like ears, a crown carved with a net pattern, and his trunk curving down over his belly. Of his four hands, the two upper ones hold his usual items, the front right hand is raised in blessing, and the front left holds a round modak. Dotted lines on his knees, his dhoti and the border at his feet give the brass some texture. It is cast in brass and finished by hand with chisel work.
For festivals
On Ganesh Chaturthi or Diwali, tie a small toran of mango leaves under it, or put a little haldi kumkum tilak on his forehead. Many families also hang a ganpati wall hanging like this at a new home on Griha Pravesh day. Dust it with a soft brush now and then.
Hang him over the door once, and every guest who comes in will get his blessing first.
What are your murtis made of?
We offer both brass and stone murtis, handcrafted by skilled artisans. The material, exact size and weight of each murti are listed in the product details on this page.
Will the murti look exactly like the photos?
Every murti is handmade, so small differences are natural. Brass murtis can vary slightly in colour and finish, and stone murtis can show natural veins, shade and texture of the stone. The design and size stay the same as shown.
How long will delivery take?
Orders within India are usually delivered in 6–10 days, with free shipping. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship internationally. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and the murti you like, and we will share the shipping cost and delivery time.
Can I get a custom murti made?
Yes. Share the deity, material (brass or stone), size and finish you want on WhatsApp, and we will guide you on the design, price and making time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, send us the video and photos on WhatsApp and we will help you with a replacement or return as per our return policy.
How do I clean and care for my murti?
Brass: wipe gently with a soft, dry cotton cloth. Avoid water, lemon and chemical polish. Brass slowly develops a warm patina over time; this is natural.
Stone: dust with a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth if needed, and let it dry fully. Avoid acidic cleaners, soaps and harsh chemicals. Handle with care and place it on a stable, flat surface, as stone can chip if it falls.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay securely online using UPI, debit or credit cards and net banking.
