Condition of the Product: The product(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once the return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a product pick-up at your address.
Once your returned/exchanged product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your bank account or wallet depending on the original payment method, within a few working days.
If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), please email your bank account details to contact@devsabha.com.
Important: If we find the returned product to be used, your refund will be rejected and the product will be reshipped to your address. If you refuse to accept the reshipped item, you will still not be eligible for a refund, and we hold no liability for the unclaimed product.
