How do we do it?
We first create a model (prototype) of your design in clay or another material.
You review the design and suggest modifications.
Once finalized, we cast it in brass, bronze, panch dhatu, copper, or any other metal you choose.
The entire process takes about 1 month (or longer for larger idols) to ensure the best quality and fine details.

A 2.5-Foot Brass Ganesh Wall Hanging
One of our customers had been searching for a Ganesh wall hanging in a specific size—2.5 feet, but couldn’t find it anywhere. Frustrated with the lack of options, he approached us and asked if we could make it from scratch.
We began by creating a clay model based on his description. Once it was ready, we sent him pictures for approval. He loved it but wanted a few modifications—a slight change in posture and a more detailed finish.
After making the requested changes, we proceeded to cast the design in pure brass. It took 28 days of dedicated craftsmanship, but when it was finally ready, the customer was thrilled. His one-of-a-kind Ganesh wall hanging was now a reality.
When Size Matters – Recreating an Idol in a Larger Form
Another customer had found a beautiful brass hanuman idol on our website, but it was only 16.5 inches tall. He wanted the exact same idol, but in 2 feet.
This was a challenge, as increasing the size without losing the original intricate detailing required exceptional craftsmanship. But our karigars are experts in their craft.
We worked meticulously, ensuring that every feature, curve, and texture remained identical to the original. When we finally delivered the perfectly scaled-up idol, the customer couldn’t believe how well it had turned out.
Building a 4-Foot Brass Tree – A Grand Project
Some projects are small and detailed, while others are massive and majestic. One of our most ambitious custom projects was a 4-foot brass tree—a large and intricate sculpture that required two months to complete.
Since it was a complex structure, we worked in stages. First, our artisans carefully crafted each branch and leaf, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Once all the parts were ready, we assembled the entire tree and gave it a final finish, creating a breathtaking brass masterpiece.
The process took patience, precision, and constant updates to the customer, but in the end, it was completely worth it. The brass tree was a stunning piece of art that left a lasting impression.
