11.5 Inch Brass Five Wick Peacock Lamp
Some homes light one wick on normal days and all five on festival nights. This 11.5 inch brass five wick peacock lamp lets you do both, and it stands tall enough to light up the whole mandir.
Lighting it every day
Pour ghee or oil into the wide bowl and place a wick in one spout or in all of them. The bowl sits halfway up a tall stem, so the flames are at a good height for aarti. At 0.6 kg it is light enough to lift with one hand, and the broad round foot keeps it steady.
What you see on it
A peacock sits right at the top, its neck curved and its crested tail raised high behind it. Below it is the bowl, with five pointed spouts around the edge for the wicks. The stem has rings and rounded parts, a carved band near the bottom, and then a wide plate-like foot. It is cast in brass and finished by hand with chisel work.
Keeping it clean
Once the lamp is cool, wipe out the old oil with a paper towel. Once a week, wash the bowl in warm soapy water and dry it fully, and it will keep its golden shine.
Is this a samai? Yes, it is the tall standing lamp shape many families call a samai or deepam, here with a peacock on top.
Light all five on Diwali night, and watch the peacock glow above the flames.
What are your murtis made of?
We offer both brass and stone murtis, handcrafted by skilled artisans. The material, exact size and weight of each murti are listed in the product details on this page.
Will the murti look exactly like the photos?
Every murti is handmade, so small differences are natural. Brass murtis can vary slightly in colour and finish, and stone murtis can show natural veins, shade and texture of the stone. The design and size stay the same as shown.
How long will delivery take?
Orders within India are usually delivered in 6–10 days, with free shipping. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship internationally. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and the murti you like, and we will share the shipping cost and delivery time.
Can I get a custom murti made?
Yes. Share the deity, material (brass or stone), size and finish you want on WhatsApp, and we will guide you on the design, price and making time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, send us the video and photos on WhatsApp and we will help you with a replacement or return as per our return policy.
How do I clean and care for my murti?
Brass: wipe gently with a soft, dry cotton cloth. Avoid water, lemon and chemical polish. Brass slowly develops a warm patina over time; this is natural.
Stone: dust with a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth if needed, and let it dry fully. Avoid acidic cleaners, soaps and harsh chemicals. Handle with care and place it on a stable, flat surface, as stone can chip if it falls.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay securely online using UPI, debit or credit cards and net banking.
