5.5 Inch Brass Shubh Labh Fish Wall Hanging
On Diwali morning, many families write Shubh and Labh on both sides of the main door. This 5.5 inch brass shubh labh fish wall hanging gives you those two words in brass, to keep up all year.
Putting them up for Diwali
You get two fish, one for each side of the door. On one fish, Shubh is written in Hindi inside a round frame, and on the other, Labh. Hang Shubh on the left and Labh on the right as you face the door, the way it is usually written, so the two fish look towards each other. They also look good on both sides of the mandir, above the cash counter of a shop, or on either side of a Ganesh ji wall hanging, since Shubh and Labh are known as the sons of Ganesh ji.
What you see
Each fish has a round body, a big round eye and a small open mouth. Fins with fine lines run down its belly, and a leafy tail curls up high over its back. Small circles and beaded lines fill the rest of the body. The golden brass is bright on the raised parts and darker in the deep lines, so the words and the fins stand out from a distance. Every line is finished by hand with chisel work after casting.
The fish is an old sign of good luck in Indian homes, and with Shubh (good) and Labh (gain) on them, they are believed to welcome blessings to the house and the business. Wipe them with a soft dry cloth every few weeks to keep them shining.
Put them up before the first diya is lit this Diwali, and let Shubh and Labh greet everyone at your door.
What are your murtis made of?
We offer both brass and stone murtis, handcrafted by skilled artisans. The material, exact size and weight of each murti are listed in the product details on this page.
Will the murti look exactly like the photos?
Every murti is handmade, so small differences are natural. Brass murtis can vary slightly in colour and finish, and stone murtis can show natural veins, shade and texture of the stone. The design and size stay the same as shown.
How long will delivery take?
Orders within India are usually delivered in 6–10 days, with free shipping. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship internationally. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and the murti you like, and we will share the shipping cost and delivery time.
Can I get a custom murti made?
Yes. Share the deity, material (brass or stone), size and finish you want on WhatsApp, and we will guide you on the design, price and making time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, send us the video and photos on WhatsApp and we will help you with a replacement or return as per our return policy.
How do I clean and care for my murti?
Brass: wipe gently with a soft, dry cotton cloth. Avoid water, lemon and chemical polish. Brass slowly develops a warm patina over time; this is natural.
Stone: dust with a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth if needed, and let it dry fully. Avoid acidic cleaners, soaps and harsh chemicals. Handle with care and place it on a stable, flat surface, as stone can chip if it falls.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay securely online using UPI, debit or credit cards and net banking.
