8 Inch Brass Elephant Statue with Trunk Up

A side table in the living room, a shelf facing the door, or the top of a display cabinet near the entrance. This 8 inch brass elephant statue with trunk up looks right in any of these spots, and many families keep one facing the main door to welcome guests.

In your home

It is a little wider than it is tall, so it needs a spot about the size of a dinner plate. At 6 kg it is solid and heavy for its size, and it will not slide around on a smooth shelf. Under a warm light the golden brass glows, and the carving on its back throws small shadows that make it look even richer.

Up close

The trunk curls high in the air with a round ball held at the tip, and two short tusks point forward. The big ears and the forehead carry small flower marks. The best part is the jhool, the blanket on its back. On each side you will find a peacock with long tail feathers, a swan inside a square frame and a lion, all raised from the brass and cut by hand with chisel work after casting. From the top, one large flower fills the whole back. Each leg ends in a carved anklet band.

On festival days

For Diwali or a griha pravesh, wipe it clean, put a small tilak on its forehead and place it near the door. An elephant with its trunk up is believed to bring good luck, which is why it is such a common gift for a new home or a new shop.

Put it where you see it each time you come home, and let that raised trunk greet you every day.

What are your murtis made of?

We offer both brass and stone murtis, handcrafted by skilled artisans. The material, exact size and weight of each murti are listed in the product details on this page.

Will the murti look exactly like the photos?

Every murti is handmade, so small differences are natural. Brass murtis can vary slightly in colour and finish, and stone murtis can show natural veins, shade and texture of the stone. The design and size stay the same as shown.

How long will delivery take?

Orders within India are usually delivered in 6–10 days, with free shipping. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship internationally. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and the murti you like, and we will share the shipping cost and delivery time.

Can I get a custom murti made?

Yes. Share the deity, material (brass or stone), size and finish you want on WhatsApp, and we will guide you on the design, price and making time.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, send us the video and photos on WhatsApp and we will help you with a replacement or return as per our return policy.

How do I clean and care for my murti?

Brass: wipe gently with a soft, dry cotton cloth. Avoid water, lemon and chemical polish. Brass slowly develops a warm patina over time; this is natural.

Stone: dust with a soft dry cloth, or a slightly damp cloth if needed, and let it dry fully. Avoid acidic cleaners, soaps and harsh chemicals. Handle with care and place it on a stable, flat surface, as stone can chip if it falls.

Which payment options are available?

You can pay securely online using UPI, debit or credit cards and net banking.
