Most of our products are usually available in stock and ready for dispatch. In such cases, orders are typically dispatched within the next working day after confirmation.

However, some products are handcrafted or prepared after the order is placed. For such items, a short preparation time may be required as they are made by skilled local artisans and not mass-produced.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking / AWB number, which can be used to track the shipment.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

India: Usually delivered within 6–10 working days after dispatch.
International: Usually delivered within 5–14 working days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

Delivery times may sometimes vary due to customs procedures, logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

International Customs Duties

For international orders, we provide door-to-door delivery through our courier partners.

Please note that import duties, customs taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are determined by the government of the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

If your shipment qualifies for customs duties, the local courier or customs office will contact you before delivery.
