Brass Home Decor

Brass home decor for every room: wall hangings, elephants, trees, peacock lamps, urlis, bullock carts and small showpieces, all finished by hand.

Brass Home Decor for Walls, Shelves and Entrances

A brass piece in the right spot changes how a room feels: an elephant at the door, a tree on the living room wall, a peacock lamp lit on the shelf in the evening. This section has more than 200 such pieces, picked for decorating your home rather than only for the pooja room. Each brass piece is cast and then finished by hand with chisel work.

Sizes and finishes

Pieces start at about 2 inch, small enough for a desk, and go up to 75 inch for a full wall tree. Most are plain golden brass. Some have an antique look, a few have a black or coffee colour coating, and a few carry coloured stone work. The exact height, width and weight are on every product page.

How to choose

Look at the wall or shelf first. A bare wall above a sofa or a console table suits a wide tree or a wall plate. A narrow shelf suits a single elephant, a lamp or a small cart. At the main door, an urli with water and flowers or a pair of elephants looks welcoming. For gifts, a pair of anything is a safe choice. To see what we keep for worship, visit Ganesh idols.

Care

Dust once a week with a soft dry cloth or brush. Keep brass away from rain and sea air. Read our guide on cleaning brass at home for a deeper clean.

Questions buyers ask

Can I hang heavy wall pieces on a normal wall?

Yes, with the right fixing. Use wall plugs and strong screws for heavy pieces, never tape or small nails. Check the weight on the product page.

Can these pieces be kept outside?

A covered verandah is fine. Open sun and rain will darken brass faster, so indoors is best.

Will the brass turn dark?

Brass slowly darkens with air. A regular dry wipe slows it down, and a home cleaning brings back the shine.

Which pieces make good gifts?

Elephant pairs, peacock lamps, small trees and bullock carts are popular for housewarmings, weddings and new offices.
